"Called the number after unlocking. Person said the flat is available, then asked me to transfer ₹5,000 as 'token advance' before he'd share the address for a visit. Sent me a random UPI ID rahul.p@ybl. I refused. Feels like a scam — please refund my ₹5 and remove the listing."
