Why we need this

Owner-listed properties go live faster. Agent-listed properties need a signed NoC (No-Objection Certificate) from the owner + a valid RERA agent registration. This protects buyers from scam re-listings.

I understand Seedha Ghar may call the owner on the number in the NoC to verify authorisation. I understand that listing without valid NoC or with a forged one will result in permanent account takedown.
