AskCal has no account to delete — there is no sign-up, no email address and no password. What exists is data on your phone, and a small amount of anonymous usage data on our servers. You can erase both.
Deletion happens immediately. If you want a copy first, use Export everything as CSV on the same screen — it writes one row per food component, not just per meal.
Email firodiya.ritesh@gmail.com with “Delete my AskCal data” in the subject. We hold no name or email for you, so include the anonymous app user ID shown at the bottom of the Settings screen — it is the only identifier we have. We will confirm and complete deletion within 30 days.

Cached scan results, for up to seven days. When a photo is scanned, the resulting numbers are cached so that re-scanning the same photo costs you nothing. The cache key is a cryptographic hash of the image combined with a hash of your app identifier, which keeps one person's cached result from being served to anyone else. It holds no image, and the hash cannot be turned back into your identifier. Deleting your data does not erase these entries individually; they expire by themselves within seven days.
Your subscription record, if you have one. Subscriptions are held by the App Store or Google Play, and by RevenueCat — not by us. Deleting your AskCal data does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in the App Store or the Play Store, whichever you bought it from, or it will keep renewing. No name, no email address, no phone number, no location, and no copy of your food log. There is no account record to erase because one was never created.
