Terms

The agreement between you and Babul, kept short.

Your account

You need an account to use Babul. Keep your sign-in safe; you are responsible for what is done with it.

Your content

What you capture and make is yours. You give Babul the right to store and show it to the people you allow, and to run the features you use on it. Capture only products you have the right to capture.

Plans and payment

Every company starts with a free month, no card. Team is paid per seat, monthly or yearly, in USD. A cancelled plan runs to the end of what was paid; then the company is read-only, and nothing is deleted.

Fair use

Do not use Babul to break the law, to attack the sites you capture, or to get around the limits of your plan.

Changes

We will tell you by email before these terms change in a way that matters.
