Add the recs-warming illustration to RecommendedItemsCard.EmptyState and land the final sub-copy from the A/B test. Depends on 7-1's layout shell (merged).

Copy works. Maybe "Keep exploring" instead of "Keep browsing"? Browsing feels aimless — exploring feels intentional.
