Nothing is live yet. A Next.js web app runs on fake data held in the browser, and the Expo mobile app is an empty scaffold. The server, payments, SMS and WhatsApp are plans, and the stack is not chosen.

What we do not know yet
- The real monthly bill: no hosting, domain or service cost is recorded. The web app has no hosting config in the repo.
- Whether the Phase 0 concierge (Google Forms, Sheets, WhatsApp Business, Razorpay links) ever ran. Nothing records it.
- OpenFreeMap terms and limits are not recorded. The map depends on a third party's free tile server.
- The backend is undecided. Three documents disagree: Cloudflare and Neon in architecture-overview, Firebase in the Phase 1 feature page, Supabase or Firebase for auth in non-functional (tasks T006).
- The planned cost ceilings (Workers $5, Neon $19, R2 about $15, MSG91 ₹4,500, AiSensy about $25) are from the wiki, not from any price page or bill.
