What counts as a "seat"?+

Any human who signs a gate, edits a primitive, or opens a delta. Guest reviewers who only leave comments are free.

Can I try Team before paying?+

Yes — 14-day trial, no card required, full Team features. If you don't upgrade, you drop to Starter and keep your data (up to Starter limits).

How does annual billing work?+

Pay for 10 months up front, get 12 months — same as 2 months free. Prorated add-seat during the term, prorated credit on remove.

What if we outgrow Team?+

Larger teams move to Enterprise: custom price per seat, discounts scale with size. Talk to sales — the seat-based math usually stays close.

What's the refund policy?+

Monthly billing: cancel any time, prorated to the day. Annual: within the first 30 days, full refund; after, no refund on remaining term.
