Quickstart
The example · Follow along with Northwind, a clothing shop at northwind.shop. Every guide uses the same product.
Before you start
- The address of your live product — production or staging. Babul installs nothing on it.
- A test account for each kind of signed-in user, if some pages need a sign-in.
- No card: every company starts on the free month.
1 · Sign up
Sign up with email or Google. Babul names your company from your email's domain; change it if you need to.
2 · Capture what you shipped, or start blank
Describe your product — the way in, the sizes your site supports, one design or one per size — and press Capture. You land on Analysis; then look through Journey, Pages, Components and Styles. Every option: Capture.
3 · Change it on a branch
Switch to Edit and change something; it goes to your draft. Press Review and commit it to a new branch. See Making changes and Working on a branch.
4 · Verify it against the live product
On the branch, press Verify in the top bar to compare it with your site or staging and read the match score. See Reviewing changes.
5 · Merge when it ships
Merge the branch. Main gets a new version: your product started at v0.0.1, so a small fix makes v0.0.2. See Merging.
