Members and billing
The example · Northwind has 5 people: Ritesh owns it, Ananya merges, Kabir edits, Meera views, and one invite is pending.
Access levels
Each person has one access level in the company.

Product access
Each product is open to everyone in the company (the default) or to chosen people. The owner can open every product. Change it in the product's settings.
Invite people
- Open Company settings › Members.
- Enter their emails and pick an access level.
- They get an email; the invite lasts 7 days.
Anyone with Can edit or above can invite. Only the owner can change a level or remove someone.

The limits for each are on their own page: Capture, Analysis, Reviewing changes and AI usage. Prices are in USD. One subscription, one card and one invoice cover every product in the company.
When the free month ends
The company becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted. The owner chooses:

Payments
- A failed payment keeps Team for 7 days past what was paid.
- A cancelled plan runs to the end of what was paid, then the company is read-only.
- Adding a seat mid-term is charged for the rest of the term.
