What it is

One ledger for personal and shared spending. The balance comes first, debts are settled over UPI from inside the app, and the core is free (pro-never-gates-the-core-loop). It answers PROB-0001: splitting apps limit the basic job of adding an expense, and settling in India means leaving for a UPI app anyway.

Who it is for

Friends, flatmates and colleagues in India who share bills on trips and in flats, and settle over UPI (marketing context).

What it is not

• Not a paywall on the core: adding, splitting, settling and exporting stay free (pro-never-gates-the-core-loop).
• Not a messenger: it never messages anyone for you (we-never-message-anyone).
• Not an eraser: a record is never erased (a-record-is-never-erased).

Status

Nothing is public. Play is in closed testing; the App Store has never shipped a version (release.yml, PROB-0002, PROB-0003). Words used here: glossary.
