Decision

The HTML designs in .context/designs/mobile/ are the spec. The app does exactly what they draw: nothing less, nothing more.

Why

Set by the owner on 2026-09-27. Over the next two days the owner had to say "the app does not match the designs" at least six times, in four sessions, while scripts/check-designs.py passed. The check covers the mechanical part (routes, files, names). It cannot see a missing feature such as Type It on the home screen.

Impact

• A change to the app starts as a change to the design, or it does not start.
• "Done" includes checking the screen in the simulator against its HTML file, not only check-designs.py.
• A feature the app has and no design draws is a bug in one of the two. See 2026-09-28-what-is-not-drawn.

Status
