AskCal is a global app. No surface ever brands it to India.

Why

The owner set this on 2026-09-27 while the store listing was being rewritten. The test foods are South Asian only because that was the data at hand. That is a fact about the dataset, not about who the app is for.

Impact

• Store listing, app name, keywords, screenshots and onboarding copy name food generically ("home cooking", "shared plates").
• No "Indian", "desi" or "India" in anything a user reads.
• Regional units (katori, glass, mug, bottle) are out too; see type.
