Why it is drawn this way

App Review rejected 1.4.2 under guideline 1.4.1: the calorie target is health information and the app named no source for it. Apple asks that citations be easy to find, so the screen is reached from two places: the Sources row in Settings and the "See the sources" link under the target in setup.

Each row matches a constant in lib/targets.ts: Mifflin–St Jeor for the resting rate, Frankenfield 2005 for its ±10%, Hall 2011 for calories against weight change, Morton 2018 for the 1.8 g/kg protein floor, and the WHO healthy diet sheet for fat at 30%. A constant that changes without its row changing makes this page wrong.

The info card says the target is an estimate, not medical advice. It does not name a market or a cuisine.
