• One question per diagram, six boxes or fewer, straight arrows: who uses Babul, how work gets done, what it relies on, a change from edit to version, the frontend and the backend. One big diagram of everything was hard to read.
• The diagrams are generated: edit the .json in architecture/, then run archify finalize <type> <name>.json <name>.html --quality showcase there. Never hand-edit the .html.
• Architecture is canon's, not the design set's: the designs are what Babul draws, and nothing else. The parts, the stack and the cost are architecture-overview; the reasons for each choice are stack.
