Choice: Everything is Babul: packages @babul/*, CLI babul, MCP babul-mcp, babul.json, BABUL_*, the site babul.dev, repo ritvi-apps/babul, folder ~/git/products/babul, databases and roles babul*, Vercel and Neon babul-staging, secrets under ~/git/local/secrets/products/babul/. The logo is a babul leaf (designs/brand/mark.svg, mark-dark.svg, loader*.svg, icon.svg).

Why: with no users there is nothing to keep compatible.

Rejected: the name Trunk · keeping infrastructure on trunk names · the tree-of-branches logo.
