• Oldest first, because it is a build order; dates are added as releases ship.

As built

• The page reads CHANGELOG.md at the repo root (Keep a Changelog 1.1.0), newest first: what really changed, not the plan. The releases drawn here show the layout; the plan is .context/features/.
• No Babul / CLI / MCP filter until there are releases to filter.
• A user-visible change adds its line under [Unreleased] in the same commit (AGENTS.md).
