Packs live on Home

Choice: Home leads with the packs: one horizontal shelf per industry, owned packs first, a Save pill per shelf, a pinned footer with the deck summary and Play. Buying happens in a sheet over Home; there is no store route. Family & Kids is a hero industry. There is no onboarding: a new player lands on Home with the free Starters selected.

Why: three paying customers, all US, all Hollywood, and zero Indian conversion. The store was reachable only through Settings, so most players never saw anything was for sale, and the Bollywood default told US players the app was not for them.

Rejected: Settings → Change Packs as the only way to the store · an onboarding category picker (shipped, then removed in the v3 → v4 store migration).
