Correcting a parsed value is allowed; typing one in is not

Decision

On the Review screen a user may correct a field the parser read from an uploaded document. Each correction is logged with the old value. Typing a money value that no uploaded document carries is still forbidden.

Why

Parsers misread scans. Without a correction the only fix was to re-upload the same file and get the same wrong number. The code already allows it (updateDocumentField, EditableMoneyField) and keeps the audit trail, so the source document stays the authority and the change is visible.

Impact

• no-manual-entry gains this as its second narrow exception.
• document-lifecycle-standard-review no longer carries an open question.

Status

Active. Narrows no-manual-entry; nothing superseded.
