Transactional email goes through ZeptoMail's India data centre

Decision

All transactional email (OTP, payment, grievance, support, export) is sent through ZeptoMail by Zoho, from an account in its India data centre (api.zeptomail.in). Resend is removed.

Why

Resend has no India region, so every recipient address left India, against data-residency-dpdp. ZeptoMail is built for transactional mail only, has an India data centre, and its API maps one-to-one onto the old call, so the change is one module (apps/functions/src/_lib/zeptomail.ts).

Impact

• sendEmail posts to ZeptoMail; env ZEPTOMAIL_API_KEY, optional ZEPTOMAIL_API_URL. RESEND_API_KEY is no longer read.
• infra-sub-processors lists Zoho (ZeptoMail), India, for email.
• The privacy policy names ZeptoMail and RevenueCat.
• Owner steps: create the ZeptoMail account in the India data centre, verify the sending domain (SPF, DKIM), put the Send Mail token in the production functions env, and back it up in local/secrets.
