Top nav has six or seven items; the four pillars stay

Decision

The product still has four pillars: Inbox, Tax, Expense, Portfolio. The personal nav lists Dashboard, those four, and "Hire a CA". Plans with AI add "Ask" before "Hire a CA", so the nav is 6 items, or 7 with Ask. Family is a workspace context, not a nav item.

Why

The CA marketplace is a top-level destination, not only an action from Tax. Ask is a pillar-level surface for AI plans only; hiding it for Free and Self avoids advertising a paywall.

Impact

• apps/website/src/components/app/use-role-nav.ts — PERSONAL_NAV (6 items) plus ASK_NAV_ITEM when hasAiPlan.
• Admin and CA roles have their own nav lists.
• Pillar pages are unchanged: pillar-inbox, pillar-tax, pillar-expense, pillar-portfolio, pillar-dashboard.
• Marketplace values stay in marketplace-economics; see also four-pillars.
