The Android and iOS apps both sell through RevenueCat

Decision

In-app unlocks on Android and on iOS are sold through RevenueCat: Play Billing on Android, App Store purchases on iOS. The website keeps Razorpay, and CA marketplace payments stay on Razorpay everywhere.

Why

Set by the owner on 2026-10-25. 2026-09-11-android-ships-through-play-billing put Android on RevenueCat and left iOS out of scope. The 2026-10-23 note "remove chitragupt RevenueCat" meant a stray RevenueCat product, not the rail. Apple, like Google, requires its own billing for unlocks inside the app.

Impact

• Narrows 2026-09-11-android-ships-through-play-billing: its "iOS out of scope" line no longer holds. Everything else in it stands.
• Prices stay the same on every rail (tier-self, tier-ai-self, tier-pro-family).
• iOS still needs an Apple Developer account, an App Store Connect app, an iOS submit profile in eas.json, and an App Store value for payment_provider.
• The privacy policy naming RevenueCat is correct.
