ingredient-dossier

Summary

A dossier is everything about one ingredient on one page.

Why it matters

It replaced the journey as the unit of the site. On 2026-07-19 the site moved from a transformation graph to a dossier per ingredient, with the journey as one chapter of it.

The set draws three shapes of it, and they disagree.

Shape	Where	Sections
Seven chapters	Home describes it	Origin, Grow, Source, Store, Prep & Cook, Pairs / Avoid, In the body
Bento, one frame	Tomato	Grow, Source, Storage, Cook, Pairs with / Avoid with
Older page	Paneer and five more	Quick take, Goes well with, If you're out, Keep it fresh, Used in

Implications

• Tomato is the reference. The other six are to be redrawn like it.
• Origin and In the body were dropped from the bento.
• Home still says "7 chapters" on every tile.
• Milk, Wheat and Sourdough have a journey and no dossier.
