Why it is drawn this way

A second way to do what sign-in already does. login/index.tsx has "Sign in with OTP"; this route does the same in two phases on one screen and nothing links to it.

Two phases are two drawings. request and verify are one route and one component; the closed set of states cannot name them, so each is a screen.
