• One question per diagram: who uses it, how the mobile app is built, the server, what it relies on.
• The diagrams are generated: edit the .json in architecture/, then run archify finalize architecture <name>.json <name>.html --quality showcase there. Never hand-edit the .html.
• Cost a month, about $23 plus Postgres: EC2 ~$15 (instance size is not in the repo), the Postgres host is not in the repo (DATABASE_URL lives in SSM), the upload bucket ~$0, Cloudflare Pages and EAS/Expo push on free tiers, store fees ~$8. No SMS provider is wired: phone codes are only logged.
• Architecture is canon's, not the design set's: the designs are what Babul draws, and nothing else.
