Hosting

Choice: Free hosting. The website is static files on Cloudflare's free plan (apps/website/wrangler.toml), deployed with pnpm --filter website run deploy. It answers on dev.dwarseva.com until the owner approves the brand and designs (T001, T002), and dwarseva.com then takes its place in the same file. Owner, 2026-11-02.

Server and admin: not hosted. Cloudflare's free plan does not fit the NestJS server: the Worker size limit, in-process scheduled jobs, and Prisma with Apollo. Its host is still open in T015; IDEA-0004 (Cloud Run) stands until then. The admin console needs the server, and its four societies/[id] pages need generateStaticParams or query parameters to build as static files.

Rejected: AWS (EC2, S3, CloudFront). Its Terraform left the repo on 2026-03-20, so cd.yml could not deploy, and nothing was live · Cloudflare Pages through cloudflare/pages-action, which the org's Actions settings block.

Revisit: the contact form posts to the server, so it shows an error until the server is hosted.
