Why it is drawn this way

One field, six dots. OTPInput is a single centred input with wide letter-spacing, not six boxes, so iOS can autofill the code.

Resend is a countdown first. "Resend in 00:42" becomes a blue "Resend code" link after sixty seconds; the drawing shows the countdown.
