Three rewrites did not move the launch

Finding

Between August and September 2025 the schema, the mobile app and the admin console were each thrown away and redone, and the UI kit changed three times. None of it led to a launch: work all but stopped in December 2025 and nothing answered on 2026-11-01.

• Silence: 7a8c95e (2025-12-03), be5e851 (2026-03-20), then 81fb469 (2026-10-04), which found main failing its own checks.
• Not live: .context/architecture/architecture.json.

Verified by

Read from git log and commit file lists on 2026-11-02. Commit messages give no reasons, so why each rewrite happened was not written down at the time.

What it means

Treat a proposal to rewrite a part of this product with suspicion while PROB-0002 is open. Ask what stops launch first. This is a reading of the history, not a measured result.
