Word packs

Ten packs, src/data/packs/*.ts, 749 pairs.

• Every word carries a hint written by hand — "Will Smith" → "Slap". A hint is one word, it is authored, and it is never a synonym of the answer.
• Every word has a level: easy, medium or hard, at least 20 of each in every pack (catalogue.test.ts holds that). The first pass was tagged in bulk on 2026-10-11 and wants a human read. A table picks a level per pack, or all three.
• The player's own words are a pack of their own, kept apart from the shipped ten: they have no level and the hint is optional. They are free.
