Why it is drawn this way

Four featured courses, newest first. FEATURED_LIMIT is 4. See limits.

A card is one link. CourseCard has Enroll Now and View Details buttons behind showActions, and no caller sets it. They are not drawn because they never render.

The organization name shows on every card here. It is hidden only for a signed-in user with one membership.

The empty state has two faces. A visitor sees "No courses published yet." An org manager sees "Be the first course on the platform." with a Link a course button. Only the visitor's is drawn; the manager's needs the signed-in header.

While loading, four grey blocks stand in for the cards. Not drawn; see routes.js states.
