Why it is drawn this way

Only GitHub over https. The URL must match https://github.com/owner/repo. GitLab, Bitbucket and SSH URLs are refused before the request.

The token is optional. Private repositories need one. See course-repository.

Success opens the new course. The linker is a manager, so they land on lesson-instructor.

The same modal opens from the empty Home. For an org manager with no published courses.
