Choice: Polar sells Scrvio as merchant of record, with seat-based products for Team. Polar keeps the card; the app mirrors the plan and orders from its webhooks. Products are Private, sold only through the app, because the Polar organization can sell other products too. Why: Scrvio sells worldwide, and Polar takes on sales tax in each country. New Stripe accounts in India are invite-only. Owner's choice, 2026-10-30. Rejected: Stripe (invite-only in India, and tax stays with the seller) · Razorpay (built for rupee sales; used by the India-only products).
