Why it is drawn this way

It is a state of the same route. submitted flips inside ForgotPasswordForm. The URL stays /auth/forgot-password, so a reload returns to the empty form.

The page's own Back to Login link stays above the card. Only the form swaps. So the screen offers the same destination twice: the link above and the outline button below.

The button navigates in code. It is a Button with router.push("/auth/login"), not an anchor. Drawn as a link because that is what it does.

The email address is not repeated. The message says "Check your email" without naming the address typed.
