Why it is drawn this way

Same page, viewMode === "list". The choice is local state. It resets to cards on reload.

A row is not a link. The row's click handler sets window.location.href, a full page load. The drawing links the title.

Names differ from the cards. The table prints Untitled; the card prints Untitled Recording.

No status column. The card's READY badge has no place in the table.

Type icons use fixed tints. Video blue, audio purple, screenshot green.
