Why it is drawn this way

"Last updated" is always today. The page prints new Date().toLocaleDateString(). It is a client component, so the date is the visitor's today in the visitor's locale. Drawn as 10/4/2026 — what a US-locale browser shows on 2026-10-04. The policy has no real revision date.

Section 3 contradicts the plans. It says "Free tier users store recordings locally on their devices". The plans give Free 500 MB of cloud storage and shareable links.

"Professional tier" is not a plan name. The plans are Free, Pro and Team. Bring-your-own S3 is Team only, not Pro.

"End-to-end encryption" is claimed. No file under apps/server/src mentions encryption. The claim is copy until code backs it.

No analytics vendor is named. The root layout mounts PostHogProvider. Section 6 speaks only of "cookies and similar technologies".
