Why it is drawn this way

The title and actions disappear. While isEditing, PageHeader gets an empty title and no actions. A tinted card with one input takes their place.

Empty is refused. Save with a blank title shows the toast Title cannot be empty and stays.

Only the title can change. There is no other editable field.

Save and Cancel both return to the page. Neither navigates; the card just closes.
