Why it is drawn this way

It is a branch of the page, not of the form. page.tsx returns this card when ?token= is missing and never mounts VerifyEmailForm. That is why it is its own screen and not the error state.

There is no resend. The only way out is Back to Login. A user with a broken link cannot ask for a new one from here.
