The app supports all Indian cities from launch. City is a search filter, not an eligibility gate. No "start in one Tier-3 city" wedge.

Why

Founder decision during design consolidation. The Tier-3 wedge was a defensive framing to avoid competing head-on with NoBroker; the counter-argument is that a verified-listings promise is equally valuable in every city and artificially restricting supply/demand geography also restricts learning. Verification is per-listing (human), not per-city, so ops scales with review capacity, not with city count.

Impact

• Supersedes the 2026-06-07 "Tier-3 city, concierge-first" decision.
• City-selector UI shows a full India search box, not a "coming soon" waitlist.
• Marketing does not lead with a city name.
• Phase 0 concierge still starts with 20 listings — reviewer bandwidth remains the bottleneck, but the listings can come from anywhere.
