Why: a verified-listings promise is as valuable in every city, and limiting geography also limits learning. Verification is per listing, so ops scales with reviewer capacity, not city count, and every kind shares the same verification playbook.

Rejected: starting concierge-first in one Tier-3 city (a defensive framing against NoBroker) · residential only, no PG, no land.
