New-listing is 3 steps (both mobile and web): Basics → Location & config → Photos & Publish. Agent NoC is a conditional step-1.5 shown only when role = Agent. Reducing the earlier 5-step draft into smaller, purposeful screens keeps individual forms short (design principle: no screen scrolls past one thumb-reach on mobile).

Web reuses the same patterns inline within each screen (toasts anchored to #root; destructive confirms are modal dialogs).
Out of scope for v1 wireframes
- In-app chat (we hand off to phone/WhatsApp)
- Saved searches
- Tour scheduling
- Push notifications onboarding (one-time native prompt)
- Referral flow (UI; the mechanic itself is manual in Phase 0)
- Separate "Recent activity" feed — folded into Notifications
- Separate Splash screen (folded into Sign in)
- Separate Locality search (handled inline by the home search bar)
Light and dark themes ship together in the wireframes — the toggle in the top-right of every page persists via localStorage and falls back to prefers-color-scheme on first load. Production v1 will follow the OS preference by default.
Key conventions
- Buyer and seller home are separate (mobile). Different bottom tab bars:
- Seller tab bar (mobile): My listings · Interest · ⊕ New · Wallet · You
- Buyer tab bar (mobile): Find (= map) · Favorites · Wallet · You (no separate Map tab — Find is the map)
- Users with both roles switch from Settings.
- Web uses a left sidebar, not a bottom tab bar. Same nav items.
- One wallet per user — no separate buyer/seller split. All copy says "wallet" (never "buyer wallet" / "seller wallet").
- No KYC, no email at signup — Name + Phone (OTP) is enough. Email required before first recharge. See CATALOG.md § Identity / KYC.
- Onboarding sequence: Sign in (Name + Phone) → OTP → City → Role → Home.
- Reviewer crafts the listing title — sellers don't enter their own title.
- Reviewer chooses polygon type — listing surfaces as either
📍 Lane / cluster(amber pin) or🏘 Society name(blue pin) on map and cards. - Reviewer-configurable per-listing visibility — Floor, Wing, Flat, Parking spot, Exterior photos, Exact pin, Owner contact all hidden until unlock by default; reviewer can override per listing.
- Property detail has 2 states —
locked(S34) andunlocked(S34b) variants of the same screen. Favorites links unlocked items to S34b, locked items to S34. - City selector appears on both buyer home and seller new-listing flow; all Indian cities are supported from day 1.

- ₹5 amount surfaces only on:
contact_locked_badgeon buyer cards,unlock_ctaon the unlock button,publish_ctaon the seller submit button,renew_ctaon the expired-listing screen, and the wallet ledger. Other screens say "unlock" / "publish" / "renew" without the amount. - Polygon density on map: 12–18 polygons visible at
sub_areazoom on a 390-wide phone.
