What Tic Tac Toe is for, who it is for, and what it is not. From the repo's own pages.

What it is

Tic-tac-toe for two people on one phone, or one person against the computer. It opens straight into play: offline, no account. Hard is a perfect player and the app says so before the player finds out (hard-is-unbeatable). It answers PROB-0001: other apps have a weak or erratic AI, badly placed ads, and needless sign-in.

Who it is for

Casual players of any age, mostly English-speaking, in India and the US (marketing context).

What it is not

• Not paid: no purchase and no subscription. Ads are the only revenue (monetisation).
• Not online: no sign-in and no network play (PROB-0001).

Status

Live on Google Play (1.0.12). On the App Store, 1.0.13 is ready for distribution (ASC API, 2026-10-31) (release.yml). It has almost no installs and no ratings (PROB-0002). Words used here: glossary.
