Onboarding is 3 steps by design

Summary

1. 01-name — Setup: product name, slug, connect repo(s), import Figma/design-system.
2. 02-capture — Capture: device targets (auto-detected from connected repos), URLs to scrape into the design canvas.
3. 03-plan — Pricing: Starter / Team / Enterprise. Recommendation is contextual (>1 repo → Team is the primary CTA).

Why it matters

Why fewer. Every gated step is a place someone abandons. The 3-step flow was the version that actually got past pilot users without them dropping off.

Implications

What was cut. Earlier drafts had 7+ steps gating roles, users, teams, process, delta types. All cut. They ship with detected defaults and are reviewable any time in workspace Settings.
