Why it is drawn this way

A form in a centred column, with its actions in the footer, like the onboarding steps.

It is reached from billing, not from onboarding. Team starts with 14 free days and no card, so the Plan step never asks for payment.

The summary does the arithmetic once: seats, price, months, tax, total. The Pay button repeats only the total.

The card fields are placeholders for the payment provider's own fields. The provider is not chosen.

The bar reads logo · company. Both go to projects.
