Why it is drawn this way

It is its own screen, not a state. "Update available" is not one of empty, loading, error, offline or locked.

One card per component it changes, with what changes in words and in the model (the interactions and properties it adds): Select gains type-ahead and Esc returns focus; DatePicker moves the day with the arrows; Switch gains a Focus ring from brand-400. Each can be left out.

Detached components are listed and not offered: Accordion, "Detached · gets no updates".

Add 3 to my draft puts the changes in the draft and opens Review, like any edit. A person's own edits to those components stay; where both changed the same property it is a conflict on Review, settled the usual way. Not now leaves the offer on the Kit screen.
