Why it is drawn this way

The same form as New color. A sample of the font, the family, its fallbacks and a name. Add puts it in Styles › Fonts, in the draft, and opens it.

The value is a font stack: the family first, then the fallbacks, as CSS writes it. A family of more than one word is quoted. Nothing but family names is kept, so the value cannot break the CSS it is written into.
