Why it is drawn this way

The same two columns as the other sign-in screens.

One field. The link in the email already says who is asking.

Saving signs the person out everywhere else, so a stolen session does not survive a reset. The screen says so.

It is reached from an email. In the drawings, Send reset link on forgot-password stands in for that email.
