SURFACE.WEB.SETTINGS

Summary

Three separate settings: the product's, the company's and yours. Each has its own panel and no rail.

Raw wireframes

  • .context/designs/web/northwind/northwind-web/settings/<general|capture|roles|roles-new|access|access-chosen|export>.html — Product settings
  • .context/designs/web/northwind/settings/<general|members|invite|billing|billing-locked|billing-free-month|upgrade|ai-usage>.html — Company settings
  • .context/designs/web/account/<profile|security|notifications|appearance|tokens>.html — Account settings

Why it is drawn this way

  • Product, company and account are different owners of different things, so each is its own place: its own panel, its name at the top, and a back link (to the product, to All products).
  • No rail: settings are a place you step into and back out of. The top bar stays, so the page does not jump.
  • Reached from the account menu (all three), the product menu and the rail's Settings (product).
  • Product: General (name, icon, address, delete) · Capture (source, sizes, stack, what to walk, the schedule) · Roles with sealed test sign-ins · Who can open (Everyone or Chosen people) · Export (one zip from a branch or version).
  • Company: General (name, address, logo, owner, delete) · Members with Invite · Billing per plans: Team, the free month, locked after it, Move to Team · AI usage with the owner's switch for extra actions.
  • Account: Profile · Security (password, Google, two-step, sessions) · Notifications · Appearance · API tokens for the CLI and MCP, shown once.
  • Values follow example-northwind.
