Why it is drawn this way

One group, one page. The selected token's value, its Tailwind name and what uses it are in the inspector.

Nothing around it, nothing said twice (owner, 2026-10-19). The rows and tiles sit on the page with no panel around them. The inspector's title is the name, so there is no Name row; Tailwind sits in the first section.
