Why it is drawn this way

A sheet asks one question over the screen that raised it. It never redraws that screen, and nothing under it is tappable while it is up — which is why a wireframe with a sheet over it carries phone--modal and why the links in the underlay are not links.

The specimens here are not device frames. A second .phone in a file is a second frame, and a frame with no manifest entry has no URL, cannot be linked to and gets no tile on the contact sheet.
