Every pillar page must answer at least one user question via a chart (trend / comparison / allocation / what-if). Number cards alone are not enough.

Number cards alone don't drive insight. Each pillar must answer at least one user question via a chart (trend / comparison / allocation / what-if).

Impact

• .context/wiki/entities/* "Chart requirements per pillar" is the spec.
• Admin and CA portals carry their own chart spec.
• Affects pillar-dashboard, pillar-tax, pillar-expense, pillar-portfolio, pillar-admin, pillar-ca-portal.
