Past-AY reviews are always free

Decision

Paid plans unlock the current AY only. Past AYs render for every signed-in user with a "Free · past AY" chip.

Why

Past AYs are historical reference, not the primary outcome. Locking them adds friction without revenue lift.

Impact

• Paid plans unlock the current AY only (canonical prices live in the 2026-05-31 pricing-reset entry and in .context/wiki/entities/*).
• Past AYs render with a "Free · past AY" chip for every signed-in user.
• Affects tier-free, tier-self, tier-ai-self, tier-pro-family, pricing-upgrade-topups, pillar-tax, pricing.

Status

Active.
